Utell is the world's largest hotel representation service handling thousands of reservations each day. It was established by Henry Utell in 1930 and became Utell International in 1981. In 1997, after its merger with Anasazi, the name was changed to REZSolutions. Just three years later in the year 2000, REZSolutions was acquired by Pegasus Solutions, a leading global provider of hotel reservations-related services and technology. It is now a subsidiary of Pegasus Systems, Inc. and is known as Utell by Pegasus.

Utell offers travel agents around the world a single source to go to for finding and booking virtually every type of hotel, from deluxe to economy, and from independent properties to hotel chains.
