Entertainment Law is that area of law that focuses on the entertainment industry. It is a general mix of various law categories that provide legal services to the entertainment industry. Some of these categories are employment law (employment issues of all the workers in the entertainment industry); immigration law (immigration issues of foreign talent); intellectual property law (protects the ideas of producers of entertainment industry); securities law (looks after payment and collection of royalties of entertainment productions); and insurance law (insurance of productions).

- Theater : All issues related to theater, including cast and crew, production, rentals, and so on.
- Multimedia : Includes software licensing issues, video game development and production.
- Publishing : Includes all issues related to the print media, like agreements, advertising, and copyright issues.
- Visual Arts and Design : Covers all areas, like artwork and consignment issues, issues related to art dealers, moral rights of sculptors, protection of graphic designs, and industrial design issues.
